“Pictures online undersell this little cottage. The layout is family friendly and also completely suitable for a couple or even individual stay. The owner was very responsive and the property showed pride in ownership. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. It was our most comfortable VRBO rental ever, where the pictures UNDERstate the size and comfort of the living area, dining room (with a gorgeous table for 10!), and bedrooms (super comfortable beds and linens)! “House is immaculate, like new! Back deck is great for morning coffee and a place to read without the bugs. Everything you need in kitchen is there, no need to bring anything. Beds are plenty comfortable. My only negative is that it would be helpful if there were electrical outlets by the beds. Because of outlet placement, we slept in separate rooms. Some odd rules like taking your own garbage to the dump and stripping the beds and putting sheets in washer.”

“We had a large-ish group for my son's graduation from Middlebury College and could not have asked for a nicer host or place. The upstairs/main floor is really so much cooler even than the photos portray. You feel like you are out in the field with huge windows in every room. The basement is dark and cool and very flexible bed and roomwise. Everyone felt very comfortable and well cared for. Kara is a fantastic and responsive host and we are so grateful for the soft landing.”
