“We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.”

No need to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. the owner makes it very hospitable for guests and there are several minor details that show they really care for the guests and property. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. “This house was amazing! We loved the house and location - high in the hills in Malibu. This house has lots of room, privacy, and also family time areas! The kitchen is stocked very well. It has a large table to seat everyone. The den has a nice comfy couch with a large TV. The bedrooms are great with comfortable beds! All of the bathrooms are amazing! They are shown in the pictures! “This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs.”
