This hotel is next to Lau Pa Sat and Harbour Front within walking distance, which is great for foods and drinks. Staff service is excellent. Using Pad to control TV and login with Netflix own account to play movie is also great advantage.

Great location but
发布日期：2023年2月18日 发布在：HotelsThe location is perfect, right next to Lau Pa Sat and within walking distance to Marina Bays.
The decoration is weird and also a bit old.
Cleanliness is so-so and the the room is quite humid that the chairs feels a bit wet and moldy on it.
My next room has been under renovation with strong repelling smell and noisy throughout my stay.
My colleague with another room even have killeded a cockroach in it.

We indeed had some minor upgrade in our room; hence the noise had caused you the inconveniences. We are very surprised to learn about cockroach found in the other room as our leading pest control team usually provide a fortnightly treatment for the entire building. Inexcusable for a hotel of this level to not have hot water for a shower in my room at 11:00am. No consideration upon checkout. I’d never go back.
