“Our trip was fun. We were at the Sonesta for 11 days. We always felt safe, there’s plenty of great food and shopping options within walking distance. In my opinion, the food at the hotel was not good so we ate out almost every meal. The rooms are fine, served their purpose of sleeping. The beds were not comfortable and were small. There were 4 of us (2 adults, adult child (19) and an 11 yr old) and we had to have a roll-a-way be brought in. The power in the entire resort went out at least once……

“My overall stay in Sonesta Ocean Point was amazing. The property was very clean, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the food, the beach, and the views. I would definitely come back here.”

“The resort is beautiful and clean. Loud partying at night in room next door at 3am was not enjoyable. Some of the staff were not attentive or friendly..”

“The hotel was great. Very clean and updated. All staff members we met were very friendly and accommodating. Felt like we made friends with them during our stay. Location couldn’t be better. Best shops right outside the front door. Beach is beautiful and beach service staff was excellent. We had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Very private with beautiful views. Would highly recommend Holland House and look forward to visiting again! ”

“Divi is the nicest resort on the island. It's been 25 years since we've been and Oceans at Divi has been added since as well the newer pools, pureocean restaurant, Gizmo's and Slice. The resort is beautiful, safe, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly want except room service. This was the only service we wish was offered that we thoroughly enjoyed at other all-inclusives we've experienced. We gave staff only 4 stars as we encountered a few very unfriendly staff members as well……

“Clean and easy access to beautiful beach. Limited number of channels on TV when they worked. ”

“For one night stay it's OK. I can't imagine staying a week there. Air condition is amazing considering the awful heat. Initial room cleanliness is acceptable. Beta are comfortable. However, the sheets that were delivered to our sofa bed were not washed properly. One other thing I realize about budget hotel stays is important bathroom facilities i.e. Toilets, they're always some disappointment. Our toilet would not flush properly. Why can't the basic plumbing stuff just be top priority for……

“Great little hotel directly on the beach. Has a small unique pool facing the beach. Has a bar, serves a good selection of food and drinks. Staff was friendly especially Claudette and Ikeyma. Both of these ladies made my stay special and memorable. Some rooms are dated but Most importantly they have comfortable clean beds, cold AC and I had a fridge that kept my drinks ice cold. I wasn’t there for a luxury room. ”
