“This cottage is this perfect place for a quick little getaway! We had the most perfect lazy stay for the weekend secluded from the city. Just sitting outside the cottage watching the lake in silence was so peaceful. The host was also extremely responsive and detailed in her messages. Would highly recommend.”

“Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money.”

“We really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after a busy day out. Beds were very comfortable. So nice to be able to sit around and visit, instead being in a hotel, sitting on beds. We did miss having a microwave to use. Very nice and affordable.”

“Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house.……

Very nice quiet area, lots of room in the house to make all of us 8 adults feel comfortable, like plenty of room on the outside deck… There are minor things that could be addressed, which I’m sure they are well aware. I would recommend for a group that just wants to get away and relax. ”

“We pulled up to a beautiful home with a lovely oversized porch. The keypad was an easy access. Upon entering, the home was inviting, very spacious and equipped with essentials. Each bedroom was so ample, comfortable and beds were very comfy. The grounds were very pretty and enjoyable for a nice walk through the trail. All in all, would love to return to spend more time. We were there for our childrens’ graduations from SUNY New Paltz. The homeowner is quick to respond and gracious. Would……

“The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. ”
