“Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”

“We visit the area once a twice a year to enjoy the amazing fishing that Lake Ontario offers. This is our first time staying at your property. We had a great time! The lakefront back yard was perfect for us to fish between the rain showers and the outdoor firepit was amazing....allowing us to relax and enjoy a couple of beers. “Bob Pollard is a gracious host, commutation with Bob is an easy as it comes. The property is clean, neat and loaded with amenities. The location is perfect, easy to get to and the view from the outdoor deck is spectacular. The main house offers plenty of room for a large group and yet enough space to find peace and quiet if needed, The main dining area offers a huge table which sits eight to ten people. “For the most part, very clean with everything we needed. Beds were so so. Living room couch was uncomfortable. The bath rugs need to be washed once in a while. They were filthy. Maybe supply a clean washable bath mat for guests. Location is walkable to village with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Great appliances.”

There was so much space for a big family. Although we stayed there during the winter, we we're still able to enjoy indoor family game time. This was definitely a home to get away from the city life and to reconnect with family. My family and I will definitely try to stay in this home soon again in the summer!”

“Staying at Fox Point was truly a dream for our family get-away during the solar eclipse. My husband and I, along with our family, got the chance to enjoy each others' company for an extended long weekend during the solar eclipse in this beautiful home. The large family room was perfect for games and puzzles, relaxing, reading, and just spending time with one another. We loved having the big dining room table that we could all eat around, a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals in, and the fire pit……

“This was my third time staying. I love this property. Breathtaking sun rises and sunsets. Modern amenities. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The deck is awesome to sit and enjoy the view. My dog and i enjoyed swimming. I will return next year as it eill now become a tradition. I love it there.”

There was a ton of space and we especially loved the ability to gather in separate locations for chating, games, and just resting.
