“I arrived today in playa del carmen only to realise that Selina Playa del Carmen is temporary closed. No information has been given by neither 'expedia.com or the hotel/hostel. Very disappointing. Thank god I was able to find quickly a place to stay. ”

“Pésimo servicio, da mala fama al sector turístico. Llegamos y nos cobraron un porcentaje adicional por pagar con Tarjeta de crédito. Nos querían cobrar hasta las toallas. No han querido refacturarme lo cobrado, cuando lo hicieron lo facturaron con un importe menor y con una forma de pago errónea. No pudimos entrar al estacionamiento y tampoco hicieron por resolvernos.”

“we just stayed for one night at the Hostel in a bunk room that had a private bathroom and 3 beds, perfect for 3. It was a fabulous location, 1/2 block from the beach, 2 blocks from the ferry station and a block from the ado bus station - which is what we needed for an early airport departure. Easy check in and check out, friendly staff. Overall, given the proximity to the main promenade and nearby bars, it was actually quieter than I expected, too - though we kept the fan on all night that……

“En general bastante bien, al final lo usé para dormir y su cercanía con la playa y 5ta Avenida es estupenda por el precio. El desayuno muy bueno si lo comparo con otros hostales en donde me he quedado. Obviamente la privacidad no es el fuerte de los hostales. La atención del personal es muy buena, todos muy cordiales.”

“the place is very dirty, what they show in their photos is a lie, the room had no sheets, it was just as dirty and smelly! I could not cancel the reservation and it was impossible to continue in the place! I did not sleep in the place and had to find another hotel! They are dishonest in this place and I felt stolen !!!”

“Das Personal im Hostel ist jung und motiviert, ich war dort rundum zufrieden. Die Stimmung war trotz Covid im Hostel gut, es war tatsächlich möglich die letzten Tage vor meinem Rückflug den Urlaub zu genießen. Es wurde täglich auch ein überraschend leckeres Abendessen angeboten. Preis/Leistung war vollkommen in Ordnung, ich komme gerne wieder.”

“フェリーターミナル、ADOのターミナルに歩いても3分で、まちの賑わいの中にあるなど、ロケーションは最高ですが、部屋のつくり、清潔さなどオススメできるような感じではありません。また、エクスペディアから支払いだと思ってたのに、予約だけと言われ、支払いさせられました。二重に払ってないか?と気分が悪いです。今もスッキリしません。 どっちなのか、はっきりさせて、解決をお願いします。”

"Xcaret Arte is the best resorts i have ever been. All the staffs are easygoing and smile to you as always. I have been to many countries and islands to spend my holiday. This time is the most impressive and unforgettable memory with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. The resort has perfect view and culture atmosphere. It not just a resort but an art park. You can choose to attend classes, eat different fine dining, and join the diversified tour. I shared my pictures with my friends and recommended Xcaret to them. I will come time and time again.
