“The hotel was beautiful my kids enjoyed their stay, my only thing about it there wasn’t a lot of entertainment at the pool side and my AC had drilling noises coming from it but overall it was a great stay ! ”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Amazing experience. The staff was so courteous and helpful. I can’t think of one negative thing to talk about. It was my birthday and anniversary and the staff treated me like a queen. Also the food was 10/10! I highly recommend for your next vacation. ”

“Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . Also the buffet at grandtulum needs to refill its food for lunch and dinner times especially when there is still an hour to closing time. Coba buffet and service is very good and satisfying.”

“The property itself sits on a really nice part of the beach. In fact you can get some awesome snorkeling. But the property itself is run down and the buildings are all under renovation it seems. It looks really bad. Limited Staff and really only limited options of food. If we didn’t have sens upgrade then we would only have one breakfast option and like two lunch options and only four dinner options. The food is okay but the Miramar which is an upgrade is amazing. Miramar has the best……

“The food was amazing. Fresh and flavorful. Miguel ,Xavier, cant remember other names were amazing. Down fall...Alot of walking. The layout of hotel was very confusing and elevator # made no sense. Females: DO NOT WEAR HEELS. Alot of sand on property, including some restaurants. Bring bug spray. Safe area. Couple resort if you want quiet. Some live action. Beach club was more lively. Lastly music sucked. Does not cater to latin music, reggaton. 1x at pool party heard updated music. ”

“Sports bar food was nasty. I wished there was authentic Mexican food at the buffet station. I didn’t quite understand how certain shuttles picked you up or said they couldn’t take you to your destination.”
