Beautiful traditional house, recently refurnished with all modern facilities and Air condition Located next to the market of Sóller. Cafes and Restaurants are close to the House.
This villa has at the first floor 1 Double room with twin beds, 1 double room with queen size bed 2 bathrooms, on the second floor 1 twin bed room, 1 bedrooms with double bed and 1 en suite bedroom with twin beds,2 bathrooms
1 separate toilet by the pool, barbecue and fantastic views of the Tramontana mountain range. Parking inside the house for 2 spaces.
Barbeceau area, sunbeds & umbrella, outside tables and a roof terrace where you can enjow the views through the mountains
This house is perfect for people who want to be in the center of Soller and have at the same time their privacy with their own pool. Next to the house there is the tram stop of the famous Soller Tram that brings you to the beach.

Brilliant Location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The tram stops right outside the gate and it's pretty much right in the middle of town. The villa is old but the bathrooms are modern and the property is charming. A few floor tiles are loose and some of the old wooden double doors don't fully close, but the villa is comfortable, the bedroom AC works well, the pool was fantastic, and having parking right in the middle of town is huge. (Impossible to get the car in or out on market days or festival days.) Would stay here again.

Perfect location and lovely outdoor area
Unique townhouse right in the centre of Soller. We really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful private outdoor garden with a swimming pool and dining area. The decor in the bedrooms and living room is a bit outdated but we didn’t spend much time inside so it didn’t matter. Plenty of bathrooms - modern and clean. The wifi only works in one room at the front of the house. There is an amazing restaurant 30 seconds walk from the house called Ca'n Pintxo which we would highly recommend! All in all we would come back again!

Beautiful house in the centre of Soller
We had such a gorgeous time staying at this property. The house itself is fabulous, especially if you like traditional, antique, ornate and grand style. It's in the middle of Soller, right by the main square and next to the tram stop. It was perfect for a family stay (we had a 6 and 3 yo with us), so easy to get around town and down to the beach at Port Soller. I would maybe say if you had younger children that the stairs (there are lots of them and all tiled) might be an issue. Ann was super helpful and responsive, and we had a beautiful and memorable stay here and would certainly return. There is parking for one car here, the only thing to flag is that you'll need to move your car prior to Saturday morning (market day - right outside!), but there are several car parks nearby to use. The pool is a good size for a town house. There are good laundry facilities and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need.

Gorgeous Home with Difficulties
I absolutely want to convey that the House was beautiful and could not have been in a better location. We could walk from our front door and be at an amazing restaurant or in the Soller Center in 1 minute. The woman who checked us in was very flexible and due to us checking in a day later than the typical check in date for the property made sure that the keys were available and the lights and AC were on when we arrived, although she couldnt be there. We worked it out. The back entrance from the street to the property, which has a large locked gate, was not able to be accessed by us. I couldnt find the code anywhere. We did receive a book that was a helpful source for calling a cab and tram times, but the other information about the house seemed like it may have been incorrect in the book. For a bit i wondered if i had was in the right house. The things that made our stay difficult started there, however. The Water and WIFI were not working when we arrived so i contacted the woman who was helping us with our stay. She communicated for the first day, but over the weekend went silent. We went to the market and was told that the plumber would come by but that the WIFI couldnt be looked at until Monday. The plumber came by while we were out, but the water still didnt work when we got home. Then communication went silent. Luckily i was able to go down into the base floor at the pool entrance and figure out that a pump was tripped to failure, so i pushed reset.

Anna our host was wonderful she was able to help us locate the property and assisted when we needed support. The property was clean and in an amazing location for Soller town and the port. It has amazing character. Lots of towels and basics were already in the house. There is lots of bedroom space and wardrobes. Great utility spaces for washing (young family!) Aircon in bedrooms was great! Pool was kept clean every few days. Very convenient for groceries, local fresh pastries in the morning and coffee. My only feedback was arrival and checkin on Saturday clashes with Soller market which could be explained prior to check in as it can make arrival and departure a little complicated due to the market being outside the properties gates. We had to move the car the night before and take our luggage in the morning. As long as you know this you can manage it. It’s only really when you have young children or several children this can be tricky. But the location is worth the extra planning. Very convenient car parking (rare in Soller) Most cars will fit the space but not a people carrier if you have a large family. Thankyou to Anna once again!

Amazing stay!
We loved this property. We were two families of four and we divided the rooms by floor so each family got their own floor (there are 5 actually), which allowed each family to have lots of privacy. The location is amazing as it is so close to the city square. It is a charming home and we would definitely go back. The two spots for parking was appreciated since we rented two cars. All of the recommended restaurants are within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The property manager actually stocked the kitchen for us, which we loved! Overall great stay!

Wie mein Vorgänger, der dieses Haus bewertet hat, muss ich leider auch eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben. Das Haus ist ein echtes Schmuckstück in einer super Lage. Leider ist der Pool nicht nutzbar. Es schwimmen Millionen von kleinen weissen Partikel drin sobald das Wasser augewirbelt wird (white dust in the pool). Es ist die Fugenfüllung, die sich überall löst und bleibt am Körper hänken (Haaren, Ohren Nase). Uns war es zu gefährlich die Kinder drin schwimmen zu lassen. Wir dies auch gleich der Verwalterin Anna Richter, von Selected Holiday Homes Mallorca mitgeteilt und sie wollte sich am nächsten Tag ein Bild von der Situation machen da ihr diese Beschreibung neu sei. (Hätte sie mal die Bewertung meines Vorgängers gelesen). Nach 4 Stunden Warten, ist sie nicht aufgetaucht, kein Feedback also. Da der Nachbar nebenan auch noch sein Haus renoviert, hatten wir den ganzen Tag Lärm, das Haus war auch nicht sehr sauber. Frau Richter hat uns eine zweite Reinigung vorgeschlagen aber wir haben trotzdem nach 4 Tagen abgebrochen. Am Tag der Abreise war sie auch nicht anwesend, man kann sich ja denken warum! Dieses Haus ist leider erst wieder emp­feh­lens­wert wenn der Pool sauber/renoviert wurde und des Nachbar Renovierungen abgeschlossen. Seit vielen Jahren mieten wir Häuser auf dieser Insel aber eine solch schlechte Betreuung wie vonSelected Holiday Homes Mallorca, hatten wir noch nie. Sehr enttäuschend!

Très bonne situation.
Très agréable séjour dans cette maison hormis les nuisances sonores dus aux travaux de voisinages et aux cuves d'eau installées au sous sol. La situation est parfaite, tout peut être fait à pied : la place du village se trouve à 50 mètres (nombreux restaurants) tout comme Les Halles, la rue commerçante. Un petit train (un arrêt juste devant la maison) vous amène direct à la plage de Port Soller. La piscine est très agréable ; peut être faudrait-il prévoir des "bâches" sur les tonnelles pour avoir un peu d'ombre... Anna, la personne qui s'occupe de la villa, a toujours été très réactive.

Going in and Out every Day. - House was not property Clean
