“The entire staff was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and very quiet. ”

“Rooms was nice. Love the walk-in shower. Beds were good but I prefer higher sitting beds. The flooring had some chips/chunks broken off. Not a deal breaker for me. The rest of the room was great. Very comfortable. Fridge and microwave in room. ”

“Knowing this is a very basic bargain motel going in, it lived up to its reputation for being reasonably clean, quiet and has large, quiet rooms. Newer chairs, carpet looked pretty new and very clean, just a little peeling paint in the restroom and loud, low-end air conditioner. Luckily I didn’t need it. But if you’re looking for a bargain in Somerset this is it. ”

“The pool is closed for renovations. This was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. Definitely a bummer since I’m traveling with two kids who were excited to swim.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect since the property is older and rustic, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms and bathroom seem to have been recently remodeled and were both very clean. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks at the restaurant were great. They even have a little breakfast room where you can grab stuff to take back to your room, or where ever. The grounds are pretty, the front sits on a golf course, and the lake is at the back of it. There is no lake access……

“Cheap, decently clean, real friendly staff. Hot water, good microwave and fridge. Clean towels and bed sheets. Paint on the walls could be better to help make it tidier but other than that I’ve enjoyed my stay here! ”

“Driveway is a little intimidating, but going slow is the key. The cabin is lovely and comfortable. Everything you need is there except a microwave, I’m not a big fan, so OK with me. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, silverware and dishes. My biggest compliment is that I didn’t want to leave! Could have stayed weeks, once I got used to be unconnected. Great place! ”
