It tool 1.5 hours to check in. I reserved the room through you folks, but the hotel never recieved the reservation. I should be given a discount .

Nice hotel with great amenities, outdoor and indoor pools that are well maintained and great breakfast selections. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

The lamp on the desk did not work. The wakeup call was a 1/2 hour late. The shuttle driver was great and availability of coffee was much appreciated.
