"The hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The view could have been nicer, but we were only on the 5th floor inside a major city so what more could I expect, really? Unfortunately, we didn't get to use any of the amenities or facilities, but based on what I saw, I'm sure they would have been equally nice. The Parking Fee was absolutely ridiculous, but I don't blame the hotel for that - parking inside major cities has always been ludicrously overpriced for absolutely no reason other...

"The property itself is a little older and therefore outdated but that’s just cosmetics. The hotel lobby and concourse area were clean. Staff was always very helpful when approached and more then willing to share their advice on the area. They even warned us that they would be getting busy and parking would be difficult to come by if we did not return for the evening early. It was very helpful to know! "Beds are comfy , no issues with the water using shower, getting ice is a bit odd to ask downstairs, people will be talking and yelling early morning and at late night but this is SF so its not hotel's fault. There is a liquor store next door you can grab things and a donut shop as well.buses are all around to use. I will come again very soon to this property"

"This my 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st was in Dec 2023 fie a work trip & i absolutely loved the hotel. So i planned this summer trip to bring the hubby & he felt the same way. His favorite was the buffet breakfast! We will stay here for any future trips to San Fran. Maybe we bring the fam next time!"
