“My family came in town for my wedding and got this spot last minute, the stay was amazing! We truly enjoyed the cleanliness and easy check in. We were also allowed early check in. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there……

“There were six of us ladies driving to NYC and it was the perfect place to stay and break up our drive. Plenty of room for everyone and a great restaurant down the street. I'd stay again.”

“home was well laid out. queen bedroom and small bath on main level. two additional queen bedrooms and large bath second level. nice yard. bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. kitchen very well stocked. the only issue was with the neighbors dogs barking very early in morning. i realize this is not the owner's fault, but quite annoying”

I have started loving the concept of sharing room and kitchen since the time I checked in .. looking forward to come here again and the place is beautifully located with everything within reach like Marshall’s , chilis , cvs pharmacy, train station , shop rite . I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. Clean and comfortable for the price, the jacuzzi was a nice touch! Check in was flawless. Convenient to bus stop to New York. Very close to the airport. Good……

“This was exactly what we wanted. Clean, low key, very nice space and it really was a one minute walk to the beach and only about an hour drive to the city. Definitely would consider booking here again next time”

“This home was perfect for my family. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for all. We spent time on the beautifully tiled back patio with additional family visitors and it was easy to host them. All Linens were clean and fresh and the home over all very clean. Location was great and we took multiple strolls to the beach which was nearby. The host was very responsive and greeted us to explain everything. WiFi worked great and a large screen, smart TV was installed before we arrived. This place……

“Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. ”

“We were 11 people in this oasis. We appreciated the two floors and the two indoor parking spots. The property was very clean and well equipped. 2 showers and 3 restrooms were a must for 11. The property is about 15-20 minutes away by walk from North Elizabeth station. The train ride is about 30 minutes to NY Penn Station.”

“Our family (total of 6) stayed here for a few days to visit Six Flags. The house is less than 15 minutes from the park and about 20-25 minutes from many restaurants and shops and in a great neighborhood. The house was great for us! Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space along with extra blankets/pillows. Owners communicated promptly and check in was easy. No issues!”
