"Super cute, clean, and conveniently located b&b! We loved being able to walk the couple blocks to downtown HMB to get coffee in the morning or to grab dinner or a beer! The beach is also only about a 15-20 minute walk away. The host was very warm and friendly, and theres a cook that makes the included breakfast and you get to choose what time you want to eat. There’s a fully stocked coffee/tea bar, as well as free wine in the afternoon which was a super nice touch! It also has a nice patio area...

"pros - Wonderful place. full of charm. well appointed, very comfortable bed/bedding. we loved the library in the common area. cons - they have inconsiderate neighbors. There was an offsite event happening at a church across the street with loud music playing until after midnight. Check with management before booking to make sure this is not a standard (saturday night) occurrence because it was terrible."

"James & Candy are two of the nicest people ever! My wife & I are baseball fans & booked this trip to see The Oakland Coliseum & Oracle Park. Shortly after I completed my booking, James began his great communication by providing some useful suggestions regarding each ballpark & their respective driving/parking situations. A few days before our check-in, James sent a note regarding the weather forcast & suggested we bring jackets. When we arrived, James & Candy were outside waiting to welcome us....

"Unexpected dogs! I love dogs, but there was nothing about them in the listing. They barked when we entered and we had to keep them out of our room on a couple occasions :/"
