The house is walking distance to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. We recommend this house for its convenience to everything and comfort level. “We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. And our host, Adam, provided us with useful information about the area. Thanks to all.”

“The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. There might have been an innocent mistake in the number of beds, but there were not 4 queen beds as described. there were 3 with a set……

Accessibility for an elderly grandparent was the only issue- the 1800’s era stairs are narrow and steep, so extra care and assistance was needed to make sure a fall did not occur.”

“The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit.”
