“I felt like I had pulled up to a fancy hotel in Beverly Hills! So beautiful and complimentary valet parking! Great staff! Wonderful selection for free breakfast. “Wir haben bewusst ein Hotel dieser Kette gebucht, da man hier morgens frühstücken kann. An drei von vier Tagen gab es keine warmen Speisen, mit dem Hinweis auf ein technisches Problem. Das kann man aus meiner Sicht an einem Tag machen und dann muss das Problem behoben sein. Bei einem Preis von über 200,-$ die Nacht, erwarte ich einen besseren Sevice.”
