“房间没有人员打扫，楼道，房间都有一股异味，而且早上隔壁做早餐触发了火警报警一直响，前台没人处理，我六点醒了只能到车上睡觉。但房间还算是整洁的。”

“首先位置不是很好，不是很方便游览。其次酒店在各方面还有待于完善。比如清洁方面人员不够，所以没有办法每天打扫干净。只是简单了事。打电话服务台从来不接电话，就算偶尔接电话也不会给处理。电梯不够用等。”

“I would recommend a full body mirror in the room, somewhere to put dirty dishes, a mat for the bathroom because the shower water leaks onto the floor easily, and a bigger trash can. Overall was a nice stay. ”

“Nice place, separate sleeping areas which I liked but BE CAREFUL where you park (got 2 tickets!) nice overall stay. ”

“Hotel and room were nice…. Lady at check in was very rude, we needed more towels and were told a different company does laundry and gave us a number to call. 3 days later we got clean towels. Valet parking only and they are very rude as well. I can say it was very affordable, great view of the ocean and right on the main strip close to everything ”

“The staff were all very kind and helpful. Bowo who cleaned our room was amazing and Staff dinning room and windjammer we amazing. The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten intolerance with amazing gluten-free food. It would have been easier if there was a list of gluten free breads, English muffin or pancakes some where.”
