“The host was great and super easy to work with. The room was in nice and clean condition. We were not in the room much and only used the master bedroom, spare bathroom, and kitchen. We didn't use the living room, upstairs bathroom, and spare bedroom. The only minor things are the TVs are dated and very small, the elevator wasn't working that was closest to where the room was located and it was a long walk with our luggage and coolers from the other elevator. This time, I brought my 88 year old mom and met up with cousins that were in OBX also that we hadn’t seen in years. We made a lot of great memories. The condo was perfect for our needs.”

“This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view.……

“Even though it rained several of the days, we still enjoyed the ocean from our balcony on the second floor and did some Kitty Hawk exploring. And there were so many close excellent recusants to chose from for dinning. The place was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils etc... But didn't realize there was an elevator until the 2nd day but was so grateful for it being on the 2nd floor. Only improvement would be that someone would have been in the office, which was closed due to short……

“Everything we needed was already there, dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee, blender, etc. Beach items, books, dvds, beautiful condo, we saw dolphins and watched the sunrise from the deck. Great location.”

“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……
