“We came just for one night to catch very early flight to Zurich. The hotel is in convenient location, offer parking spot and transportat to the airport. ”

Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“What an odd place.. very comfortable but suffers from a massive identity crisis! The dining room looks like an indian take away restaurants.. more is not more!! The staff on reception were lacking some basic customer service skills. On a positive note the patio outside and the bar man (moroccan guy) were lovely. Didnt get chance to use the pool facilities but they looked good.”
