“Cabin was cozy and well appointed, exactly as advertised. We stayed two nights and booked full meals each night. It was easy to find and close to packwood which was convenient, but it was far from hey 12 and felt remote and “cabin-y”.”

My wife and I choose to sleep downstairs to avoid any issues with climbing up and down several times a night. Anyone over 60 will understand. Just a pointer, the sign for the property is challenging to see at night.”

“Nelson base camp is unique in its layout, lots of history displayed throughout. Host provided comforts for us, including the wood ready for the fire, hot tub with plenty of towels. We rally enjoyed our stay!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! Loved the decor and the beds were very comfy. We only had a few notes on things like cleanliness and broken furniture (an easy fix if there would have been basic tools available). Dogs are welcome here, which is wonderful, but there was quite a lot of dog hair present in one of the beds, which made us feel like the sheets weren't changed. We just did that ourselves. The fridge/freezer also had dog hair in it (which wasn't very clean besides the dog hair). The……

“Property is better in real life than photos. Everything we could need for a weekend away was all provided. It was quiet and secluded but also not too far from Packwood centre.”

“Comfortable, new accommodations 30 min from White pass. Fun games, fully equipped kitchen, hot water kettle was a plus for tea drinkers! Everything else was laid out well and prompt communication with property manager. Would highly recommend.”

“There were 5 adults, 1 older boy and a teenager when we visited this cabin. We all were amazed of the coziness of this place. Too bad we only rented it for 1 night. The place was clean and accommodated us comfortably. There were indoor games/toys, a cornhole board on the back porch of the cabin and a nice barbecue grill for entertainment. In the summer, friends and families can gather together while enjoying the fire pit outside. We also saw 3 deers at the backyard. That was a nice view to feel……
