“Room is good size, clean. Breakfast is minimal. Staff we saw were NOT wearing face masks - front desk people were unmasked. This is in Florida, at the time of this writing the epicenter of the COVID pandemic. Z zzz ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Large enough for us to spread out with no waiting for bathrooms or showers in the mornings. The communication with the manager is superb. The house is in a good location especially if you want to view shuttle launches, which we were lucky enough to see 2 of them during our stay. The pool table is a great addition and was used frequently. The sunrises here are amazing and very picturesque. We loved that it is on the water and quite often could watch the……

“Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...”

“It's a great site, plenty of room very convenient hookups. Wifi was fast. Semi shaded spot. The 14th. fairway behind the site. Very quite location except when when they launch rocket It's awesome.”

“We had a group of friends stay all weekend and were also able to have a group come in for 50th birthday party on the pool deck one of the days. Everyone had a blast and Larry was a great host. We look forward to visiting again.”
