All great. Hotel is located on very nice place close to city center. Even in covid time all services was perfect

Friendly & Helpful Staff in a Great Hotel
Posted Dec 28, 2019 on HotelsThe staff is exceptionally friendly and in particular the hotel's reception is incredibly helpful. The staff seem to genuinely care about the guests experience. This Hotel is overall great value for money, and very good location. One could reasonably walk to the Hromovka lifts. The kitchen menu is also quite tasty and the breakfast has a solid offering. Try the ribs! Overall this hotel is great value for money.

Good price and big room

Pros: Price, food, staff
Cons: The Wifi signal of my room and service of the relaxation facilities
Location: It's closed to center and we can enjoy a quiet environment as well. There is a snowtubing park, famous restaurant, and ski equipment rental store.
My room is bigger than I thought with this price after I had a look of the other rooms. The staffs are friendly and willing to help. I played the snooker and soccer machine in the share room with friends..

Pros: Nice old style hotel, Proper keys for the rooms and very clean
Cons: Proper coffee and a better quality breakfast selection, no kettle in room.
Basic clean and hotel near the center of the village. Quiet with good views. Nice room with a little extra room within it suitable for a child.
