“This was a very pleasant property. It worked out well with our small dog, too. It was on Graham Avenue so had a fair amount of road traffic at times, but it was not bothersome. Had a glitch in the check-in process in that the info sent to us by VRBO was not up to date. Although not listed as an amenity, it did have internet access via wifi.”

“Frank and Bao have created a great renting experience for their guests. We were surprised at how well stocked the house. Firewood, grilling supplies, even some bowtie of candy. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake grilling and playing games. While we couldn't use the dock nearest the property, a very short walk around the block was the community dock where we did some fishing. The hosts communicated well before and during our stay giving us tips for any quirks we should be……

“Communication with property owner was easy. The place was great inside and out. Plenty of options for outside cooking. We had a group of 14 guys. Most of us play disc golf. There was plenty of space outdoors to set up baskets and drive disc. The creek was a short hike away and had beautiful views. 10/10 would come back.”

We had a bit of a struggle getting into the house when we got there, the door was hard to open and we were afraid to push too hard because we didn't want to damage the door but our host returned our message and let me know we had to push hard. We went out for groceries that evening and when we returned the gate to the driveway was padlocked so we had to get in contact with our host again and she got back with us and told us where the master key was but it……

“All was nice, except the step downs. I fell from the foyer and was pretty banged up and bruised,hurt both knees. Kind of dangerous. Our whole party complained about that. Otherwise, lovely.”

“This property was even better that what we expected from the pictures. There is a large living room in addition to all the other space, and plenty of parking as stated in the listing. The host was very supportive of our questions and everybody had a great time, we used all five bedrooms and it worked out great.”

“This is a cute, funky cottage with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It has a large backyard that could be real jewel if it was cleaned up and better taken care of. Close to Spavinaw Lake and Creek but a very sketchy neighborhood.”
