“Had no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I went to go get some from the front desk I had to wait forever before anyone came to the desk. The shower had water and soap left in the soap dish. The room was a nice room we have stayed here before and enjoyed it. We understand things happen people are human and they make mistakes we will be back”

“I have stayed here before and I will again. My grandson enjoyed the pool. We both enjoyed the view and the sunsets from the 26th floor. Comfy bed. Clean room. Bring a fan if you like a cooler temp for sleeping. Katrina at the front dest is an angel. Starbucks is in the lobby. So many Lincoln activities to walk to. Also walk to shops and eateries.”

“The guy that checked me in about midnight was staying past his shift when someone else didn't show up but he took good care of me and even found my rewards info. The lady cleaning up and keeping breakfast stocked did a great job. The room was nice enough. Nothing fancy but clean and i felt safe there. ”
