“This small, tidy house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking and only two miles from University of Dayton's basketball arena. Restaurants and stores within two blocks.”

“The house was large and clean, the few problems we had were addressed by the owner. We did find a random sock on the floor and some clothes and a suitcase in a closet. We requested a stopper for the sink but never got it, (the dishwasher was broke). The kitchen is not stocked with basic essentials, (other than a drawer full of spices) When we got there the kitchen had no pots and pans, regular silverware, bowls, or dishcloths, and the can opener was broke. All of these items were brought over……

“Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.”

“this is a spectacular house with plenty of room inside and out. It is beautifully maintained and cleaned, very spacious with large bedrooms and enough bathrooms to match the bedrooms. The public areas were very large and comfortable. The hosts were available and extremely helpful.”

“Spent three nights in this lovely home. There were eight of us and plenty of room to spread out. Had an evening fire one night and enjoyed the side porch immensely. The house is walking distance to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. We recommend this house for its convenience to everything and comfort level. “The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. There might have been an innocent mistake in the number of beds, but there were not 4 queen beds as described. there were 3 with a set……
