I wanted to stay away from people and this cabin fit that perfrctly. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the lakes. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen. “The perfect place just 10 minutes outside of the village of Hammondsport, and all of the keuka lake wineries/breweries. The cabin was clean, and had pretty much everything you would need for your stay!”

“We stayed here for 2 days with our family and a friend’s family. The property was deep inside from the main roads. However it was very private, quiet and we had a great time staying here. Everything we needed for our stay was available, from kitchen appliances, utensils to toiletries. The hosts were very prompt in responses too when we had questions. “Our stay at the Quiet Spot" was amazing. So many places to visit around the area. Surrounded by waterfalls and lakes, they give us an opportunity for pleasant drives. The house is wonderfully enchanted with trees set all around on a huge piece of land. Our hosts, Mindy and Steve have bird feeders and suet around the house for us to bird watch. We were lucky to see a woodpecker, bluejay and a chimney swift at the feeders. We watched a family of wild turkeys pass through the lawn to another path,……

“Me and a buddy needed a place to stay close to Hemlock lake that we planned to fish for the first time. this cabin was perfect. close by and quiet, very clean and a big deck to hang out on and tied new riggs for the next day. Would definitely stay here again”

“This locations is great! My wife and I stayed to view the eclipse, but aside from that, there is plenty to do in the area. From wineries to hiking, and even an alpaca farm! If you're staying in the colder months I'd highly recommend bringing a comforter. It can get pretty cold at night, though propane heaters are provided. We did actually have cell service (Mint and T-Mobile), so unlike other reviews we were able to use the internet. Highly recommend this cabin for couples looking for a……

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful, peaceful setting that immediately put us at ease. “Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!”
