"The property was true to its description, very clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The carts and the elevator made it easy to move in. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony to watch the moon risings. The southeastern angle of the view was perfect. I wish the TV had an antenna so that we could screen in the local stations, like I do at home. But we managed with our computer. Overall, it was a great condo and deserved a 5 rating in every respect."

"I have been coming to at Augustine for 34 years have always stayed on the ocean side in a small complex. Point mantanza was wonderful small complex,beautiful scenery wildlife dolphins,manatees I would recommend this highly close to everything and quiet cannot wait to book again. ❤️This place"

"Had a great stay with my husband, 7 month old, and in-laws. Kitchen is spacious and updated, balcony area was nice and bigger than expected. There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second. Primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom sink which was a perk. Pool was not heated but an enjoyable space. Beach is beautiful, wide, and you can drive on it."

"We were a group of two families and really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is decorated really well and you can tell they have a lot of pride and in their home- so many thoughtful touches throughout to provide for a wonderful stay. Dani with Euphoria was outstanding! Her customer service attention to detail is top notch and her quick responses where very appreciated. St. Augustine is a history rich area and we enjoyed exploring here. Thanks!"

Kitchen fully stocked, nice king sized bed in the master, comfy living room furniture, ground floor patio facing a conservation area and the ocean. 15 minutes to Old Town St. Augustine and another 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall, great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. "We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was great: access to the beach, parking, the hot tub, etc. The condo looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I appreciated the communication about what supplies were provided, so I could plan accordingly. St. Augustine city and beach were wonderful and we hope to return to stay here again."

"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...
