“Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm.……
“Loved seeing the Kangaroos from the balcony and the best buffet breakfast I have had for a long time. Indoor pool and spa/sauna were fantastic. A shame the nice restaurant wasn't open for dinner on a Sunday night.”

From outside the property - looked a bit worse for wear (aged, unkempt gardens, not very appealing) but inside makes up for it. Good value and service. ”

Absolutely beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. Woke up to the sound of songbirds and gentle rain pattering on luscious green fernery.

“The hotel definitely cannot be called Grand. It was build on a pub. But it is true it has a long history, built in 1833. It is not value for the money paid. First the checkin means calling the people from pub counter to the checkin desk to give you the key. And there is no elevator at the hotel, handicapped or large suitcase people not suggest to go. For the wind change in the bathroom, it cannot be even more noisy. I booked with the most experience room category, however the bedroom is facing……
