“What a magnificent property cared for by a staff of four. Watch the rising sun from the porch. After your lingering, walk into the rain forest to the first of five waterfalls. After your hour and half hike, relax in the swimming pool. The property sits on the windward side of the island so there is always a breeze and cooler than the populated side of the island. Think of a favorite uncles house in the tropics, where there are plenty of books, full internet you to work remotely, comfortably……

Could have used a few “how to” directions for door locks..safe not available for passports and such. However, Jeremy was available for any questions we had and was always pleasant.”

“This property was a great location. Easy to walk to grocery stores and several restaurants as well as the Marriott. It was very easy to catch a taxi to get to other parts of the island. The grounds were beautiful and the view of the ocean breathtaking. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a nice view from our deck. ”

“This vacation was absolutely perfect. Nevis is a beautiful island unspoiled by all the touristy influences. The restaurant's that we visited were all unique and offered some of the best lobster I have had. Highly recommend Drift, Bananas and the pre-set menu at Montpelier. We were able to eat inside the sugar mill which was such a fantastic experience. The house was PERFECT. Everything from the comfort of the beds to the breathtaking views, made it a location that I will absolutely visit……

“The 2nd time we've stayed at Tree Frogs, this time for 5 weeks. Well kitted out with an excellent larger than average pool. Nicely located with eady access to main beaches and beach bars and restaurants. I'd advise renting a car to gain maximum flexibility.”

“The villa is precisely as pictured & described. Right on one of the best beaches on Nevis. Literally steps away. Clean, convenient, views from balcony area overlooking the beach were fantastic. Host Vanessa was an absolute superstar!! She assisted with transport both to & from the villa & communicated all clearly. There were a couple minor maintenance issues which she resolved immediately. Vanessa went above and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure all aspects of our stay went perfectly. My rental……
