“If there was any complaint, I would like to see a breakfast option. If there was one it wasn’t shared. ”

“My only critique is there should be an ice machine on each floor. But, there isn’t so you have take the ice bucket from your hotel room down to the front desk (if café isn’t open) and wait for someone to fill bucket for you. It can be an additional inconvenience when the front desk is busy with customers. ”

“Can you imagine a man is sleeping when I open the door at midnight?”

“It took 45 minutes to wait for the shuttle bus. There is no free water battle in the room. ”

“I really liked the location of this hotel, right by the train and University. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, and the door to my room rattled when anyone else nearby shut their door. But I wasn’t in the room much, so it really didn’t bother me a lot.”

“It’s seems to be normal when you’re a regular person who wants to try to stay in the five stars hotel and get a poor service every every where, when they take pride in their work sometimes they forget that the main purpose of their job is the guest, without the guests, their job is not exist. ”

“Stay was great. Checkin went smooth, am front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms are smaller then they appear online. But still nice. Pm front desk not so friendly. The Pull out only comes with one pillow, called front desk and asked for another and when i said ok great, thank you! the lady just hung up on me.”
