This was the worst property I have come across. First and foremost this is a timeshare disguised as a hotel. With that comes its own share of issues - zero housekeeping, controlled air-conditioning (the thermostat was under lock and key of the owner) which results in an uncomfortable environment. The place serious lack access and is more of an obstacle course with its steep and unstable, winding access to different areas of this POS property. This property is built on a hillside with some building having 3 floors- WITHOUT ELEVATORS!! This is an accident waiting for a place to happen. Even the dining area is two level below!! Generally, a terrible experience! Stay away from this place, unless you want a terrible island experience. The front desk even refused to give me my bill,

Wonderful views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, just would just book directly with resort. We had a few problems with our Expedia reservation, but the staff was able to resolve quickly for us.

The sofa bed was closed with used linen in it. We had to call for linen in order to make the bed ourselves.

The Pool bar
The bartenders Jay and Lisa were so friendly. The drinks were amazing!!
