This OCEANFRONT studio is located in East Watergate Villas, Bolongo Bay, in building #17, on ground level, unit #14 (number on the door 1714). THE BEST LOCATION!
The comfortable sleeping for 3 adult people (extra foam mattress available, too).
All the conveniences of modern living, like A/C, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with all necessities provided, Wi-Fi, etc. – on the sea shore!
You are on the USA territory! No passport required to enter US Virgin Islands. The condo is perfectly located at the south of the St. Thomas island, on the shore of Caribbean Sea, close to Charlotte Amelia, Red Hood and Megan Beach, proclaimed to be one of the few the best beaches in the world.
Experience the unique, island’s climate of US Virgin Islands: constant cold breeze from the ocean and the warm sun makes it easy to relax, and get that "island tan". This condo location is ideal to lay down and relax, with full privacy, and conveniences.
Easy dining in close neighborhood! One of the best seafood restaurant on the island is located on our grounds, literally steps from the majestic pool! You eat in open space, steps from the ocean… affordable meal. (On Thursdays evening there are offered all-you-can-eat shrimp dishes. Do not miss it!)
There are other eateries in walking distance, like IGGIS (temporary moved to another location due to hurricanes, but nearby as well), and Bolongo Resort seafood restaurant, on the beach as well. You can rent from the Resort kayak and other equipment, or reserve the diving expedition as well.
Book at Red Hood (8 minutes driving) excursions by the boat, end ferry to nearby islands; St. John (20 minutes), and St. Croix. You can visit six British Virgin Islands as well, you will be however required to have the passport to enter BVI.
We strongly recommend to rent a car to be free to explore the islands.
Taxes are also available, and can be reserved over the phone.
Our place, located in Watergate Villas East, Bolongo Bay, building #17, experienced less damage caused by hurricanes than other places on the island. We observed with awe how fast the nature, and the people on the island, recuperate from the hurricane’s damages. The condo’s telephone and cable TV are expected to be restored soon, but we adjusted our rates due to lack of these services, temporarily.
We provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for 3 people (king size bed, twin size enfolding love seat). Bedding linens provided.
Extra sleeping accommodations are available (foam mattress), for additional cost of $25.00/per night.
