“Charming house with a wonderful view. We got away from the city for a while and decompressed. Enjoyed the wonderful fireplace and spacious deck, early morning coffee with the sunrise. Enjoyed a full moon with a walk in the woods, something my wife and I have never done. Something we will always remember.”

“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“I had a quick stay here for a golf tournament at Leatherstocking in Cooperstown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and communicating with Shannon was very easy. Shannon was very accommodating and the check-in process was extremely easy. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome.”

“We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!”

“We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! “We stayed at the cabin for all-star weekend in Cooperstown. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the baseball field and was very quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire of the fire pit and having coffee on the porch swing. The kids had plenty of space in their rooms and the master bedroom was very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything f we needed to cook meals and the jacuzzi tub was definitely an added bonus! Very happy with our stay!”

“We spent an enjoyable week at this rustic chalet. It has a nice mountain view and is down a quiet road with just a couple of other houses. The house had mostly everything we needed. The waffle maker was a big hit.The fridge had plenty of space and there was coffee, tea, sugar and misc spices available. (Note there is not a dishwasher or washing machine at the property, and the well water does have a sulfur odor - in case you aren't used to rural water quirks). The hot tub was nice to have,……

“We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again.”

“Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!”

“This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host. The kids loved the games room - a great thing to have on a rainy day. And you HAVE to try eightymain restaurant just down the road - one of the best we've ever eaten in!”

“Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. There was a smell coming up through the drains from the sewage but we had a candle in the bathroom and the kitchen which was perfect so not to bad. We had told Revi about it and she wanted……
