“This was exactly as advertised. It's a basement suite in a new house with private entrance. Clean, private, quiet neighbourhood. We only needed to stay one night as we're on our way to see relatives, but could see staying a few days if I was going to explore the area. No cooking option, but there's a fridge and, if memory serves correctly, a small microwave. They supply coffee (keuig) but no creamer. There is WiFi. The bedroom was a little small, one bed... not sure if it was a double or a……

“Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport. Glad there was a restaurant on site as we checked in at 7:30 and needed dinner. Room looked recently remodeled and bathroom was spotless! Puzzled as to why there was a fitted bottom sheet, but no top sheet… just a thin comforter. By the time we discovered this, we felt it was as too late to ask. :-0”

“My family gathered from three different US states to celebrate our mother's 90th birthday in Waverley Cottage. The owner was very responsive to our every need, even installing a grab bar in the bathroom for his oldest guest so far! The cottage was plenty spacious for the eight of us, and so lovely, allowing spectacular views of the lake on three sides. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces, taking morning coffee on the dock, relaxing on one of the decks, and sharing family time around the……

“Nice and peaceful. Felt like we were on a houseboat. The sound of the waves against the rocks was mesmerizing. Chris was great. He left some food for us, and as we were getting in late, it was much appreciated. The bathroom was a bit tight, but we could manage.”
