We had a very bad stay. Last year we stayed here and we loved it. This time the room was smelling bad, the bed was just about to break and really uncomfortable. We just couldn’t stay there for two nights so we just drove back after one night. Very very bad.

This facility is in need of an upgrade. I expected this casino to provide a more esthetic atmosphere for the cost. Check in isn’t until 4 and when we tried to ask for an earlier check in the lady was adamant and rude. checkout is at 11, but housekeeping will try to come in your room earlier. We provided a baggage ticket number twice and they brought us someone else’s bags. They provide limited amount of towels. In the morning I went down to get coffee and was asked for ID for a $10 purchase. On the up swing, the spa staff was great as well as the massage. Needless to say I will not be staying here again or recommend to anyone.

The room itself was nice, but the bar, restaurants, and escape room were all closed and it was Memorial Day weekend. Also the pool is tiny and closed too early…at 8pm.
