“Overall we really enjoyed our stay however there was a few cons I wanted to list out in hopes the owner will take these into consideration in the future. Cons: the curb appeal of this property could definitley use some upgrades. Pulling up to the house threw us off a little and we instantly started to stress about what the inside would look like. “This was a family gathering to celebrate a birthday and have a reunion. The house is very roomy and perfect for such a gathering. The owners have clearly thought of everything. The house is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the towels are oversized and plush, etc. We had a great time and highly recommend this house.”

“Roomy but cozy, clean and well-kept duplex with spectacular view. This property had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. We fully enjoyed the quiet beauty for our anniversary. The many stairs helped offset my overindulgence in food and wine! We recommend!”

“Property is as described in listing and reviews. Furniture is older but comfortable. Bar-b-que cooking surface was not clean and it is old but works but bring a lighter. Had to call for help with lighting in the bathrooms but Jovie responded quickly and circuit breaker just had to be reset. As mentioned in other reviews, be prepared to climb steps to reach the main floor. As mentioned by Jovie there are actually three blow-up mattresses and we used one. It leaked badly. “We stayed here as a chance to be in the snow and not at the prices of Tahoe. It was a great choice. The house was beautiful and perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and a 3 year old). The back yard was great for the kids to play in the snow, and there was lots of space inside to feel comfortable. We would love to stay here again.”

“The stay was nice. Enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It has a dog pen in the laundry room which was nice when we had to leave, our two small dogs could be put away in the kitchen while we left. I recommend this for families. My kids loves it.”

“Overall a great stay with some friends during the 8 foot snow blizzard this past season. Other than a ton of shoveling, even with the hired crews (hard to keep up), we had a great time. Loved the pool table and large kitchen, and of course the hot tub as well. Nice indoor garage parking available was key during the storm.”

“Tom’s place was clean, well organized, cozy and comfortable. We cooked dinner every night so it was nice that the kitchen was well stocked with spices, condiments, oils and utensils. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of amenities; soap, shampoo, lotion, tissues etc. There were also lots of games, puzzles and books! “Great Location and the most incredible views! Beds were comfortable, unit setup was nice. We did have a little trouble finding the parking spot, but they called us right back with the information. A very good experience overall!”
