“The location is secluded so if peace and quiet is what you’re looking for, this is the place. Super clean, nicely decorated. Although there is a dock, it is in need of repair. Seemed a little dicey walking to the end which makes it a challenge to use the kayaks provided. Even launching from the property isn’t possible because of the grass. The yard needs attention but again, this is country and the area has been hit by hurricanes so that may be why. Picnic table needs to be replaced as it’s……

“We were very pleased with our stay. Communication with property manager was good, check in easy. Condo very clean. Hard floors throughout, so some rugs that could have used some updating. Very quiet property well maintained. Well equipped. Pool very nice. Only "complaint" is that elevator is a little slow.....but it was good for us to use the stairs, unless we were hauling stuff. The storage area was very convenient. Beautiful view.”

“It was perfect for our weekend of scalloping. We spend most of our time on the water and just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. Property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We needed a late check in that she so graciously accommodated. My older son enjoyed the upstairs lodge. The house was small and simple and exactly whG we needed for the weekend”

“This house and surrounding property fit our family well. We loved the layout of the house and all the things the host provided to make our stay special. It was very clean. The furniture was very comfortable and beds were not too hard. The covered back porch was lovely for relaxing and feeling the breeze. The huge back yard was great for walking our 2 dachshunds. We were so appreciative that this host allowed dogs. The location of the house and lot were great. No houses on either side or in front……

“This home was perfect for a weekend stay while visiting friends in Steinhatchee. It is represented well by the photos in the listing, was very clean and comfortable. The host quickly responded when we had a question after check-in. We stayed over a weekend and it was very quiet. There is construction ongoing in this little neighborhood that resumed on week days, so there was expected noise from that, but it wasn’t bothersome for us. We agreed we would definitely stay again.”
