“We had 2 families, 5 kids and 4 adults altogether, and had a lovely time. The house is tidy has a nice view of the lake from the east side. The kitchen has almost everything you need. The bedrooms are perfect for 2 families with kids.”

“Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy……

“Location of this cottage is amazing! The pictures of the waterfall do not capture how beautiful this place is. We loved wading and hiking up and down the creek. This cottage is very close to quite a few great NY State parks. House just as described in the listing, everything in good working order. Good information provided for checking in/out. We had a great time here. Easily one of the best places we have stayed with the kids.”

We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property.”
