“place was great, exactly as described...ryan was great, no issues all was as described...however sent 2 notes via vrbo but rec'd no response and ryan apologized...so all good...if needed place up that way again would stay.”

“For a woodsy getaway close to real highways, here’s your spot. A good home base for local activities. Cute not chic, clean and functional. Chickens and goats on the property added a great farm with no work charm.”

“This was a perfect hideaway located 15 minutes from Beacon where the wedding was. It was reasonably priced and had so many cute accents. The host was on top of all the details and very nice in person. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say just for an fyi it’s better for a couple as it’s a full size bed. I went with my teen daughter and it was too small for both of us in the bed so we alternated the couch. Not a minus at all but more an fyi. Thanks so much for hosting us.”

“The apartment has been modernized and was nice although I couldn't seem to get the heat to work. But the lawn outside had very long grass, the front steps were in bad shape.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at this little place! Only tough bit is the 1 bathroom. But other than that it’s a no brainer. Great view of the Hudson, really nice little coffee bar, and comfortable beds in both rooms. Easy parking and access as well. Would highly recommend.”

“The Nest is so close to everything. Walked in and the place is so clean. Like no one has ever stayed there before. Cass was super responsive (within minutes of messaging him I had a response). Checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Our next visit to the area, we will be staying there again. Best place in town for sure. Tip: Enter the front door code to the lobby super fast. That thing is a little temperamental. Side note: Check out Theo’s restaurant for breakfast.”

“We loved this wonderful home. Hosts were very easy to work with and so kind. Place was immaculate and the towels and bedding were high quality. Kitchen was well equipped and great size. Backyard is beautiful and they even started the firepit for us and supplied wood. We can’t wait to come back in the spring time when the weather is warmer. Highly recommend!!”

“Great location close to West Point. Next to bar which can be a bit noisy. Step stairs so not for the eldery or physically appeared. Resturants are close and Ice Cream and bakery near by.”

“Overall this was a decent property… I read the other reviews and my expectations were set and this met them. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and communication from the person/company managing it was good. I would recommend this rental to most people with a few notes… *There is off-street parking which is good, but it’s a little odd for Units 1 and 2 in that you may need to back out of a fairly narrow curved driveway. Not a problem but something to note… I could see it being confusing or……

“Our stay was quite nice, the place looked as the pictures showed it to be which is just amazing. everything was music themed and our host had an amazing selection of vinyls. The only complaints I would say I had was the small flying bugs near the Tv and we weren’t provided paper towels. Overall it was a nice place for the night and the property itself was beautiful.”
