"The stay was very nice. The rooms were very clean and freash. The only thing that would have made my stay beter , would be the shower head was poor or the water pressure really low and I could not get the TV to veiw any channels. Even after 10min the TV would only say "please wait". Hopefully next room I get there will not have these same issues."

"Stayed with extended family (ages 8 to 80+) for a milestone birthday celebration. Everyone loved it! It’s always complicated to get a group of 15-20 people together for a week, but Gardens at Bathtub Beach accommodated us quite nicely. Importantly, the property manager was super-responsive as questions and minor issues inevitably came up throughout the week. The property is equipped with more water toys and other pool/beach gear than you can possibly need, and the house itself is similarly well stocked. The main kitchen is a little tight when the house is at or near capacity, but otherwise there was plenty of space for us and plenty to keep us busy. The pool and hot tub were great, and the beach and river were beautiful and lots of fun. Overall I highly recommend this vacation rental!"

"This place had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kids were too busy to wine about a thing and never once said they were bored. The adults got to relax and throw food at them. AMAZING the thought and the detail that went into making sure every need was met. We all had our own space when needed and were comfortable. Hung out on the ocean side deck mostly, but also spent a great deal of time on the river and caught fish from the dock, loved the kayak and paddle board. We saw manatee, dolphin, sting ray, manta ray and a couple of crows trying to steal stuff off our table when nobody was there....they like Doritos. The bathtub beach was just a short walk and so worth it. Got re-married on the beach with all my kids and grand-kids and made beautiful memories for a lifetime. This place was just plain "perfect" for us and can't imagine anyone complaining about a single thing. I stay in a lot of rentals by owners and can tell you that is highly unusual to have a good fry pay in any of them (it's expected) and this place had the BEST cookware- surprise!!!. Correspondence was great and when a storm knocked out the internet, it took us a bit to realize, because we were too busy having fun, but Al was right on top of it as soon as we told him and got it fixed fast. Best Property manager I've had with quick response time and full of information that made this so much easier to manage with a group of 14 of us. This trip was a dream come true for us.
