“From beginning to end a pleasant stay. Owner was on contact to make sure everything was in order. Fresh cut flowers, plenty of clean white fluffy towels, comfortable bedding and the view through sparkling clear windows. What a wonderful way to spend the mother's day weekend with my daughter and spend some time outdoors exploring little Hudson river towns. 10 thumbs up!!!!”

“The pictures simply do not do this place justice, it’s an incredible home. Our friend group was cozy all weekend! We loved the hot tub/pool, the really interesting artwork, the driving range mat and basketball hoop. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The in law apartment (which we didn’t use as sadly part of our group was unable to join us) is attached to the main home and is so cute. We had a small issue upon arrival and the hosts were immediately responsive with us troubleshooting and……

“This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home.”

“We had 4 families and grandparents all stay together for an unforgettable weekend at Bellavista. The house had enough space for us to hang out together playing charades in the great room, ping pong tournaments in the finished attic playroom, and making holiday ornaments at the large dining room table. There were also spaces to have quiet moments when you needed it...and we even enjoyed a beautiful hike at a nearby conservation area that Laurie recommended. The house was extremely clean, fully……

“The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for the 13 of us. The big kitchen, pantry and long dining tables made for fun interaction. “We rented this property for the weekend that my daughter graduated. The location of the house to her school was very convenient. We met Sergio at the house and he showed us around. He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. I would have liked to have known that before we got there so I could have asked if certain things were there. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Sergio……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe and Lisa’s stunning barn. It is rammed full of character and is very well located to explore both the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires, just over the border in MA. Joe left us to enjoy the place in peace but was always on hand to answer any questions. The kids really enjoyed taking a dip in the hot tub and making s’mores over the outdoor fire pit. We will definitely return!”
