“The view was beautiful and the space itself is quiet with a nice layout. It was so much better than staying at a hotel, and if you are hoping to see one of those cool (not so) little banana slugs, they are around here. We saw at least a half dozen large ones with even more babies. The location is also perfect, with stores and restaurants nearby, 40 minutes from San Jose airport, 20 minutes from Santa Cruz boardwalk and 5 minutes from Roaring Camp and Henry Cowell state park. “A perfect get away for you and your spouse. This home has everything you need to escape reality. We loved watching the sunset in the hot tub and climbing the hill in the morning to watch the sun rise and fog roll over the hills. The home was very clean and well thought out to make your stay easy. My only suggestion would be better seating inside for cold or rainy days. Not a lot of room to eat inside or sit in a cozy chair to relax. Other than that it was PERFECT!! Quick drive to several……

“The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. “We needed a place to call home base for a few nights while traveling through CA with our kids to sleep and do laundry. Had no issues at all with the owner/manager or check-in process. There were some essential items missing like toaster, wine opener, and extra blankets but there were items there we weren't expecting like full size shower items. The driveway is VERY narrow and it's almost impossible not to bottom out by the street, beware of this. Our rental van front bumper skirt scrapped no……

“We can’t say enough great things about this property or Kirsten. Fabulous location in a very quaint and lovely neighborhood. Kirsten has thought of everything (including a binder that addressed every question we could’ve had), is always available and makes you feel warm and welcome at all times. A wonderful experience all the way around!”

“1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee!”

“It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location.”
