The room is outdated. The sofa and sofa bed is in pretty bad shape, my son couldn't even sleep, the staff tried to add some sheets but not good. The moment you enter the room the smell was bad, staff just asked us to turn on AC. They have instruction saying you should not set below 68 otherwise it will break and we like to have it set at 65 set in the night. The carpet is pretty old. The beds are not great either, I started having back pain in the morning. The only thing is decent is their breakfast. The staff is good too.

Overall, the hotel is average to me. It does the job fine for the cost. However, The breakfast quality varies significantly day to day and they dont provide room cleaning service unless you stay more than 7 days.
