“Beautiful spacious home in a gated community and as described with a great back yard and enticing pool! The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with the little things! The bathtub was a welcome relaxation and the primary had a lovely comfy bed. Very close to shops, grocery stores and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and highly recommend.”

“This house was decorated in a pleasing contemporary way and the neighborhood was quiet and dignified. We especially enjoyed the pool during the days heat. Most days we were treated to airshows by F35s from the nearby base which was just starting to get old towards the end of our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies and even some tasty snacks. Overall, it was a wonderful stay as we were able to spend time with our Daughter and Son in Law and other family when we attended the……

“Property sits on the 15th green of the golf course with a pond. Peaceful and pretty, nice place to sit outside day and night. Fire pit helps curb the evening chill when the sun goes down. This house has every amenity you would need. The owner did a nice job anticipating guest needs and amenities. Would like to see cable expanded for more sporting events. We would like to return. The community here feels like a resort.”

“This was our 4th time staying at this property in Late April/early May. Had a bump in our trip with the pool and the pump not working . Got it up and running for a day and it quit again . However the property owner contacted the pool company right away . We did lose about a day swimming waiting on pool guy and having it go down a second time . Overall the pool was great ! Nice having the option to heat it at night . Kitchen is big and stocked pretty good . Lots of spices from previous guests and……

“This property truly felt like our home away from home! It is spacious, has a great floor plan, and we found everything very comfortable. The back yard is an oasis with plenty of seating, a relaxing water feature and a lemon tree! The kitchen is generously equipped and the double oven was an added bonus. We made GREAT use of the golf cart, and were extremely grateful it was included with this rental. Joe and Laura were very quick to respond when issues arose and resolved the problems efficiently.……

Plenty of room to spread out, kitchen with all the necessary equipment, comfortable beds, nice layout for spending time together as a family, good central location in Surprise. (Plus the pool table!)
