“I absolutely love The Charleston Inn! There is a peanut jar to feed the Inn Squirrels. I had the best sleep. Everything is within walking distance. It was just perfect! Alicia and the Innkeeper are so kind (Patricia.)”

“So charming! Service is lovely, the building is beautiful, and two courses of delicious breakfast out on the porch was a dream. A super quick drive to everything going on downtown, or a longer walk if you don't mind a good stroll. Would repeat this stay!”

“They are lovely friendly people. Breakfast was delicious.... even have a menu where you can choose specific options... all top quality! The large home has a library full of books, puzzles, etc. to entertain. It is decorated with nostalgic furniture, art, and antiques. Plenty of parking. Close to multiple restaurants. I love the cool and shady front porch with rockers and porch swing. It's great for reading! Free drinks and appetizers at 5 pm were a great addition! My only complaint was……

“Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. So you feel……

“Beautiful boarding house on the National Registry. Highly recommend staying here. Delicious breakfast, made to order, daily. Popular restaurant by night. My husband said the trout was the best he has ever had, anywhere. Walk to town or to Tomahawk Lake Town is a popular shopping destination 20 minutes to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge museum and parkway. Also check out the town museum and the huge antique store just off the highway. ”

“The Sweet Biscuit Inn lived up to its name! The property was lovely and the room was wonderful. We stayed in # 5. The view of the front lawn and gardens is beautiful and so peaceful. Our breakfasts were delicious and we found our way around Asheville quite easily. I would highly recommend staying here. We will if we come to this area again.”

“Beautiful cabin, nicely situated on quiet mountain. Kitchen was well stocked, furniture very comfortable! Only issue we had was with trying to get ahold of someone on the weekend when we were having issues with the hot tub. It was a little over 4 hours before I got a brief response after multiple calls and texts. Otherwise lovely stay”

The game room, comfy living spaces and hot tub was just what we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Spacious kitchen made meals easy to prep/serve. And loved having enough seats to all enjoy meals together at one table. Would definitely stay again!!”
