“We had a wonderful experience at this farmhouse location with easy access to mutiple surrounding attractions. Jessica greeted us with a smile upon arrival. She and her husband, Chad proved to be a most pleasant and accommodating couple. The rental was dutch clean, and there was plenty of amenities on site. The bed was quite comfortable and the property was quiet. We recommend this rental for anyone interested in visiting the area.”

“My friend and I stayed for a week to go fishing Lake Champlain for the first time and our stay at The Captains Quarters was everything we had expected, there was an open floor plan with 1 bed and a futon but the futon was very comfortable. We would rent this place again because of the location on the water, a boat slip that we could rent out and the hospitality of the host, Chuck, was exceptional.”

“It’s such an unique and wonderful experience staying in Loza house. The sky deck unit is just the perfect size for our small family. It has all the convenient amenities for family life, fully equipped kitchen, brand new and high quality product and appliance in the unit, kayak for my husband, hot tub for me and playground for our toddler. Super clean and beautiful view in every corner. Our toddler didn’t want to leave this vacation house at the time of checking out. We have so much fun and will……

“We stayed in this house because of it's close proximity to family during the holidays, but it ended up being such a great find that we hope to stay in again! The house uses space very well, the kitchen is spacious and I found everything I needed to do baking and cooking. We loved the room that looked out on the lake with big sliding doors. One thing to note is that one bedroom, with the King sized bed, is down in a refinished area of the basement, so it does require lots of up and down a steep……
