It’s VERY nice neighborhood, mostly newish buildings with residences and offices but not a lot to do. Its saving grace is the proximity and accessibility to the tram to get to Stockholm center and sightseeing is only about 20 mins. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay, as this was our last stop after 1.5 weeks of travel it was great to get an apartment...

"We stayed in a ground floor apartment with it's own front door onto the pavement / footpath. The apartment had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. A breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room, but you do need to book your timeslot. There was a bus stop 10m from the front door, with local busses every few minutes taking you to Malmö Central station. A very convenient location and very quiet. Would definitely stay there again."

"The rooms were spotless, everything I needed for a week in at Eurovision in Malmo. And once I figured out how to use chrome cast for the t.v. It was plain sailing. Great location as a base for exploring, access to city and for transport links. Big super market 5 minutes away. Great working and socialising venue, and thegym was excellent. The staff are so lovely, patient and helpful. They have a super team. They would help in any way they could 24/7. I would highly recommend Unity and can’t wait...

A very comfortable, quiet room that was really a small apartment with kitchen facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. "We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. The apartment itself was easy to access using the waterfront cabins application. Bright, airy and clean with plenty of storage. "Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a metro station, the hotel was a nice, quiet space to return to after busy days in Stockholm. The only things I would note are the electrics not being great - wires not being hidden properly and one electrical socket not properly connected - but otherwise a lovely place and well equipped."
