It is a bad experience stay in this Ibis hotel, location is not good, and facility in the room is too old, no house-keeping if after 10:00am. Overall no good stay experience this time.

On the first day we arrived Sydney, we lost our suitcase during our transfer flight and we felt really frustrated. however, after IBIS heard our story and they shared their courtesy to us by giving us a bottle of sparkling wine. It means a lot to us.
