“Booked to property for its close proximity to Dillsboro and Sylva--the guys were fly fishing and the ladies were shopping and exploring the small towns. The cat museum was a must try, the little shops were filled with beautiful one of a kind items, the restaurants were all very good. The view from the porch was breath taking, the inside of the cabin was clean, neat and tidy. the beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with many needed necessities. Our door area was a bit overgrown, but all natural……

“The driveway was an adventure, steep but you've just gotta commit and go for it!! All wheel drive vehicles did best but front wheel drive did fine. Everyone in the group absolutely loved the house and talked about going back!! The porch was the best for spending time together and enjoying the view. Plenty of room for a large group not to feel cramped.”

“My wife and I needed to unplug for a few days and decided on Cherokee, NC. We are from Kingsport, TN. We found this cabin and absolutely loved it. It's so cozy and secluded. Yet, still very close to everything Cherokee has to offer. The cabin is very comfy and perfect for couples. It has enough room to stretch and has all the necessities. At the same time it's cozy and comfortable. It's on the river and has an awesome back porch/deck for sitting, viewing and listening to the water. We spent……

“The cabin was small but cleverly designed and is in a prime location to Bryson City and other area attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay. We normally only vacation using our camper and wanted to change it up a little this year. We had a wonderful relaxing time and enjoyed the cabin immensely.”

The fireplace and A/C worked well. The WiFi does not work. There is a larger house and this place is an apartment/cabin over the detached garage. “This was a relaxing get away in an area that we had not experienced before. Loved the creek and fire pit and our visit to Wayah Bald. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Trimming of the hedges left and right of the drive might aid exiting the driveway less difficult and a mattress update in the second floor middle bedroom would be nice.”
