"It’s homely"

"Some of the property was being repaired due to recent flooding, but overall it was in good shape. the bed was comfortable. The food was okay with included breakfast but not wonderful. The preparation of food was not to our liking. On the morning of our departure we had informed the management that we had a car coming for us at 7 am. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6:30 am and we waited till 7:30 am while they were still setting up. When we ordered food for breakfast or dinner we could...

"I was very disappointed with my stay, as my AirPods Pro were stolen from my room. I had left my AirPods Pro in the charging case on the cofe table in my room. When I returned to my room later that day, the charging case was gone. I checked with the front desk, but they had not seen it. I am very disappointed that my property was stolen from my room, and I hardly recommend anyone staying at this hotel."

"Perfect place for rats or any other animals who love to live in basement. In couple day's even my travel bags got mold. Local restaurant chef don't know how how to cook even basic egg. Management threats they workers like slaves. Shower works only if you pray to all god's in same time.There is plenty of other places where to stay in Nairobi. "

"DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit. Hotels.com please...
